Perfect Serves

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Vanilla Vodka

  • 30mL Coffee Liqueur

  • Double shot of Fresh Espresso

  • 15mL Maple Syrup

Method:

Shake hard with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with cocoa powder or coffee beans.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Orangecello

  • 30mL Coffee Liqueur

  • 90mL Cold Brew

  • 15mL Vanilla Syrup

  • 30ml lightly whipped cream or milk foam (or oat milk foam)

Method:

Pour Orangecello and vanilla syrup over ice. Pour Coffee Liqueur and Cold Brew gentley using the black of a spoon. Top with a generous layer of lightly whipped cream or milk foam. Garnish with Orange Zest or cocoa powder.

Mont Blanc

Ingredients:

  • 45mL Coffee Liqueur

  • 120mL Tonic

  • 5mL Lemon juice

Method:

Build over ice in a highball glass.
Add coffee base, optional lemon juice, then top with tonic. Stir very gently.
