Classic Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients:
60ml Limoncello
90ml Prosecco
30ml soda water
Ice
Lemon wheel for garnish
Method:
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add Limoncello, followed by Prosecco.
Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel.
Sip and enjoy a refreshing, zesty sparkle.
Limoncello Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
45ml Limoncello
30ml Gin (Summer Citrus Gin works beautifully)
15ml fresh lemon juice
60ml soda water
Ice
Lemon twist or edible flower for garnish
Method:
Fill a shaker with ice and add Limoncello, gin, and lemon juice.
Shake lightly and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon twist or flower.
Sip and enjoy a refreshing, zesty, and lightly sparkling citrus cocktail.
Limoncello Margarita
Ingredients:
45ml Limoncello
30ml Agave Blanco Spirit
15–20ml fresh lime juice
15ml simple syrup (optional, depending on desired sweetness)
Ice
Salt or sugar for rimming (optional)
Lime wheel for garnish
Method:
Rim a rocks or margarita glass with salt or sugar.
Fill a shaker with ice and add Limoncello, tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Shake vigorously and strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
