Introducing Lush Pink Gin - our sweet, ultra-fruity take on pink gin. Created at the start of 2025 as a playful, summery alternative to our dry, Shiraz Pink Gin, Lush Pink is everything you expect from a traditional pink gin - juicy, vibrant, and utterly drinkable.

Bursting with strawberry, tropical guava, and bright pomegranate, it’s like summer in a bottle. Sip it on ice, mix it with soda, tonic, or prosecco, or let it shine in cocktails - it’s endlessly versatile and perfect for festive gatherings or long, sunny afternoons.

Pink Gin Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Lush Pink Gin

  • 90ml Prosecco

  • 30ml soda water

  • Ice

  • Fresh strawberry or a slice of guava for garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.

  2. Add Lush Pink Gin and Prosecco.

  3. Top with soda water and garnish.

  4. Sip, smile, and enjoy a sparkling fruity delight.

Lush Pink Clover Club

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Lush Pink Gin

  • 20ml fresh lemon juice

  • 15ml raspberry syrup (or grenadine for sweetness)

  • 1 egg white (optional, for froth)

  • Fresh raspberries or a strawberry for garnish

  • Ice

Method:

  1. Dry shake (no ice) the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white to create froth.

  2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.

  4. Garnish with a fresh raspberry or strawberry.
