Pink Gin Spritz
Ingredients:
45mL Lush Pink Gin
Prosecco
Soda Water
Method:
Add ice and Pink Gin to a wine glass. Top with half prosecco half soda water and enjoy!
Ingredients:
45mL Lush Pink Gin
25mL Lemon Juice
15mL Raspberry Syrup
20mL Aquafaba
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously (10–15 seconds) to build foam.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with fresh or dried raspberries.

45mL Lush Pink Gin
30mL Passionfruit Purée
10mL Lemon Juice
10mL Vanilla Syrup
Method:
Cold Foam: Strain the liquid from a can of chickpeas (aquafaba), add 10mL of Vanilla Syrup then shake or whisk until thick and fluffy.
Build Gin, Passionfruit Puree and Lemon Juice over ice in a spritz glass & then top gently with vanilla cold foam.
