Classic Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Warming Winter Gin

  • 15ml fresh lime juice (about half a lime)

  • 90–120ml ginger beer

  • Ice

  • Lime wedge & mint sprig (for garnish)

  • Copper mug (optional but traditional)

Method:

  1. Fill a copper mug (or glass) with ice.

  2. Add gin and fresh lime juice.

  3. Top with ginger beer and give it a gentle stir.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
