Iced Chai Liqueur Latte

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Chai Liqueur

  • 150ml chilled milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • Ice

  • Cinnamon stick or sprinkle for garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

  2. Pour over Chai Liqueur and milk.

  3. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a light dusting of cinnamon.

Dirty Chai Martini

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Chai Liqueur

  • 30ml Vanilla Vodka

  • 30mL Fresh Espresso

  • 15mL Sugar Syrup

  • Ice

  • Ground cinnamon or star anise for garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

  2. Add Chai Liqueur, Vodka, Espresso and Sugar Syrup

  3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled and slightly frothy.

  4. Strain into a martini glass.

  5. Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon or a star anise.
