Iced Chai Liqueur Latte
Ingredients:
45ml Chai Liqueur
150ml chilled milk (dairy or plant-based)
Ice
Cinnamon stick or sprinkle for garnish
Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour over Chai Liqueur and milk.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a light dusting of cinnamon.
Dirty Chai Martini
Ingredients:
30ml Chai Liqueur
30ml Vanilla Vodka
30mL Fresh Espresso
15mL Sugar Syrup
Ice
Ground cinnamon or star anise for garnish
Method:
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add Chai Liqueur, Vodka, Espresso and Sugar Syrup
Shake vigorously until well-chilled and slightly frothy.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon or a star anise.
