Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Vanilla Vodka

  • 30mL Coffee Liqueur

  • 15mL Maple Syrup

  • Double Shot Fresh Espresso

Method:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled and strain into a martini glass. Serve with chocolate powder or coffee beans.

Pornstar Martini

Ingredients:

  • 45mL Vanilla Vodka

  • 15mL Passionfruit Liqueur

  • 30mL Passionfruit Puree

  • 15mL Vanilla Syrup

Method:

Add vodka, passionfruit liqueur, passionfruit puree, lime juice, and vanilla syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Serve with half a passionfruit.

Fairy Bread Martini

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Vanilla Vodka

  • 60mL Thickened Cream

  • 15mL Simple Syrup

  • Optional: 15mL Chai Liqueur

Method:

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Rim the glass with white chocolate and 100s & 1000s. Serve with fairy bread!
