Perfect Serves

Sloe Gin Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 60mL Sloe Gin

  • Prosecco

  • Soda Water

Method:

Add ice to a wine glass, top with sloe gin, then add half prosecco half soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice or frozen berries.

Sloe Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Sloe Gin

  • 30mL Vermouth

  • 30mL Campari

Method:

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over a large ice cube. Serve with rosemary or an orange slice.

French Martini

Ingredients:

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled and slightly frothy, then strain into a chilled martini glass.
