Spiced Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Spiced Rum

  • 90 ml Apple Juice

  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice

  • 10 ml maple syrup (or brown sugar syrup)

  • 1 small pinch of ground cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)

  • Apple slice for garnish

  • Ice

Method:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

  2. Add the spiced rum, apple cider, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cinnamon.

  3. Shake gently

  4. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with an apple slice and a light sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Spiced Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Spiced Rum

  • 30 ml freshly brewed espresso (hot or cooled)

  • 30 ml Coffee Liqueur

  • 10 ml Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)

  • Ice

  • Coffee beans or a light dusting of cinnamon for garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add the spiced rum, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.

  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to create a frothy top.

  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
