Impress Your Valentine (Without Breaking a Sweat)

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to mean crowded restaurants or complicated plans. A few well-chosen cocktails at home can feel just as special!

Whether you’re planning a cosy night in, a Galentine’s catch-up, or a romantic dinner for two, these cocktails are easy to make, hard to mess up, and guaranteed to wow your lover. Think romantic flavours, soft colours, and just enough indulgence to make it feel like you really went the extra mile - without spending the whole night in the kitchen.

Rose Martini

Ingredients:

  • 50 mL Lush Pink Gin

  • 15 mL Limoncello

  • 30 ml soda or lemonade

  • Sprinkle of Edible Glitter

  • Few fresh strawberries or raspberries (optional)

  • Rose Mold Ice

Method:

  1. Shake gin + liqueur with ice.

  2. Strain into glass with rose-shaped ice.

  3. Top with soda or lemonade.

  4. Garnish with a ice rose!

Chocolate Strawberry Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Coffee Liqueur

  • 30 ml Vanilla Vodka

  • 30 ml fresh espresso

  • 15 ml strawberry puree (fresh or frozen strawberries blended)

  • 10 ml chocolate syrup

  • Ice

Garnish:

  • Chocolate-covered strawberry

  • Chocolate dust for the rim (cocoa powder works perfectly)

Method:

  1. Rub the rim of a martini glass with a little chocolate syrup and dip it into cocoa powder to coat the rim.

  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ingredients & shake vigorously

  3. Strain into the prepared martini glass.

  4. Place a chocolate-covered strawberry on the rim or use a skewer

Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Signature Rum

  • 15 ml simple syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Orange peel for garnish

  • Ice

Method:

  1. In a mixing glass, stir sugar, bitters, and rum with ice.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  3. Express the orange peel over the glass and drop it in.

Spiced Cranberry Martini

Ingredients:

  • 30 mL Chilli Vodka

  • 15 mL Limoncello

  • 60 mL Cranberry Juice

  • 15 mL fresh lime juice

  • Ice cube with small chili frozen inside

  • Red dusting for rim: chili powder, smoked paprika, or a mix with salt

Method:

  1. Rub the edge of a martini glass with a lime wedge. Dip the rim into your red chili/salt powder mixture to coat evenly.

  2. In a shaker, combine all ingredients with ice & shake well until chilled.

  3. Place the ice cube & strain the cocktail over the ice cube.

  4. Float a thin chili slice or edible flower on top for presentation.

Lychee Love

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Butterfly Pea Gin

  • 30 ml Lychee Syrup

  • 15 ml fresh lime juice

  • Ice

  • Edible flowers for garnish (violets, pansies, or rose petals work beautifully)

Method:

  1. In a shaker, combine all ingredients with ice & shake vigorously until well chilled.

  2. Strain into a martini glass filled with ice.

  3. Garnish with flowers and lime slices!

Make It a Night

Pair your cocktails with:

  • A homemade pasta or risotto

  • Chocolate truffles or tiramisu

  • A playlist you made just for them (highly recommended)
